Applicants should have a bachelors degree from a college or university in the United States, accredited by one of the six regional accrediting bodies with minimum equivalent of 3.0 on a 4.0 grading scale; students with a score lower than 3.0 would be considered for admission on a case-by-case basis depending on professional accomplishments and work experience.

One letter of recommendation attesting to your professional abilities and qualification for graduate study.

A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or a Baccalaureate business or non-technical degree from a regionally accredited university. Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher

Two letters of recommendation (professional or academic). Up-to-date resume and 500 word essay explainig why you want to enter the program.
